Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made through vpnovamarket.com from VP NOVA COMMERCE LLC, trading as VPNovaMarket.

Change-of-mind returns

You may request a change-of-mind return within 14 calendar days after receiving your order, with the exception of food items that are not returnable.

To qualify under our voluntary return policy, items must be unused and in their original packing and conditions. Please provide your order number or other proof of purchase.

These conditions do not limit rights relating to faulty or incorrectly described products, or any mandatory cancellation rights.

How to request a return

Email info@vpnovacommerce.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request.

We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please contact us before sending items so we can direct your return correctly.

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer must pay for return shipping.

Where we supplied the wrong item or a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover reasonable return costs where required by law and explain the return method.

Exceptions

The following items are excluded from our voluntary change-of-mind return policy: [LIST ACTUAL EXCLUSIONS, OR WRITE “NONE”].

Any exclusion applies only where lawful. It does not remove mandatory rights concerning defective products or statutory cancellation rights.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Please contact info@vpnovacommerce.com promptly if your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or develops a fault.

Include your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may help us assess the problem where practical.

We will provide an appropriate remedy under applicable law. A delay in reporting an issue does not automatically remove your statutory rights.

Refunds

We will notify you after assessing your return.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after the return items are received and inspected, or sooner if required by law. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.

For voluntary change-of-mind returns, original delivery charges are not refundable. We will refund delivery charges whenever required by law.

Restocking fees: we do not apply restocking fees.

Exchanges

We do not exchange orders. Items must be returned and refunded.

Order cancellations

To request cancellation before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible at info@vpnovacommerce.com. If the order has already shipped, applicable return or statutory cancellation procedures will apply.

Mandatory consumer rights

This policy supplements your legal rights. If your location provides a mandatory cooling-off period, cancellation right, warranty, or remedy, those rights take priority over conflicting policy terms.
